mind magic, your potion.

Seemingly far,
home was ever just here,
not in mind, but in spirit.
She knows what is dear.

She gives me the sun.
Paint your picture in color,
in layers, describe it.
Now go even farther.

The call to be more
hides in what can be.
She whispers in wishing
in wanting what she sees.

Focus the lens
with heart. A decision
to color outside the lines
of my own expectation.
