Followed my bliss last week
Toes in sand, sun on my cheek.
Martha said to find my joy
For in that place the Universe employs
Magic, Abundance, Sparkle and Love!
They washed up on my shore
No grasping or wishing, or need for more.
It is quite simple, I'm embraced
Worthy and knowing this is my place.

And the coolest thing about that part of the seaweed, is they are called the "holdfast" - how about that for irony?! Can't wait to see you Sunday morning!!
